Our story
Established 2023. Same leadership. Same focus.
Reliant Solar was founded in South Plainfield, New Jersey in 2023, built on years of hands-on field experience. We started with one principle that's still the operating manual today: businesses deserve solar engineered for their buildings, not packaged from a script.
We made an early bet that the right way to build solar was to do it all in-house — engineering, procurement, and construction — under one roof, with one team, on one warranty. Most of the industry chose the broker model: outsource the design, outsource the install, mark it up, walk away. We chose the harder path because it produces better systems.
The company is privately held and operates from its South Plainfield, New Jersey headquarters. We've built four service lines — commercial, residential, construction, and development — without rolling up into a private-equity portfolio or outsourcing the construction work that makes our name. The leadership team that signs your contract is the same team here when it's time for a service call.
