We collect information you voluntarily provide when you submit a form on this site (commercial assessment requests, contact forms, ad-landing-page forms, newsletter signup). This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, company or property name, facility address, and any free-text details you share about your project.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site — IP address (for spam mitigation), browser type, device type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This information is collected via standard server logs and, where applicable, our hosting provider's analytics.

Third-party services
Our website is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect technical data necessary to deliver and secure the site (logs, region routing, bot detection). See Vercel's privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
We use Google Fonts to deliver typography. Google may receive your IP address as part of the standard font-delivery request. See Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
We use Unsplash for certain stock imagery. Image requests are served from Unsplash's CDN. See unsplash.com/privacy.
If you submit a form, the form data is processed by our form-handling provider (currently being finalized). Once finalized, this section will name the specific provider and link their privacy practices.

This site does not currently set marketing or advertising cookies. We may set strictly-necessary cookies for site functionality (e.g., remembering form-submission state). If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this policy and add an appropriate consent mechanism.

We retain form-submission data for as long as the relationship with you is active, plus a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping, legal, and tax purposes. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email; we will remove your email from active mailing lists within a reasonable period after unsubscribing.
